Acer rolls out new Aspire 5750, 5750G, and 7750G laptops with Intel's latest processors

Acer's just outed several of its latest laptop offerings, including the new Aspire 5750, 5750G and 7750G, and all three have Intel's 2nd gen Core i7 2630QM CPUs. The Aspire 5750 and 7750 boast up to 6GB of memory, while the 5750 is upgradeable to 8GB via two 4GB modules. Likewise the 7750G has a hard drive capacity of up to 750GB, while the 5750 has an up to 640GB HDD. All three have a host of graphics options, and the 5750G comes with NVIDIA's brand new GeForece GT 540M graphics, which the 7750G comes with ATI Mobility Radeon HD 6550 or 6650 graphics standard. All three models have LED, backlit displays, with the Aspire 5750 and 5750G measuring in at 15.6-inches, while the 7750G is a 17.3-incher with a resolution of 1600 x 900. All three laptops have Dolby Advanced Audio v2 virtual surround sound and HDMI ports, and the 7750G has an optional BluRay drive. All three Aspire models will be available on January 9th, and the 5750 and 5750G will have a starting price of $899.99, while the 7750G will start at $1029.99. Full press release is after the break.

Toshiba launches Satellite M645, A665, A665 3D Edition laptops

Toshiba's just launched a bunch of new laptops featuring Intel's brand new processors. First up, the 15.6-inch Satellite A665 has a host of processor options including the Core i7-2630QM and AMD Phenom II Dual and Quad Cores, while the 14-inch Satellite M645 boasts the Intel Core i5-2410M as standard. Both models have multiple graphics options up to NVIDIA GeForce or GT 525M with Optimus, up to 8GB of DDR3 SDRAM, and up to 640GB hard drives. There's also a Satellite A665 3D Edition which features a full HD, 3D-ready display and comes with NVIDIA's active shutter 3D glasses and #D Vision IR emitter. We don't have availability information for these new laptops yet beyond the fact that they'll arrive in the first half of this year, but the Satellite A665 will run you between $684.99 and $1,049.99 for the fully specced out model, while the Satellite M645 will cost between $749.99 and $1099.99. The Satellite A665 3D Edition will cost between $1,249.99 and $1,599.99.

Vizio Internet Apps adds Hulu Plus and Blockbuster On Demand

Vizio's already rolled out a whole range of new TVs that include Vizio Internet Apps, and it's now announced a bit of a bonus to go along with them -- both Hulu Plus and Blockbuster On Demand have been added to Vizio's roster, and will begin rolling out to all VIA-ready TVs this week. Both apps will also be headed to VIZIO 3D Blu-ray Players with Wireless Apps, but they'll apparently have to wait a bit longer. As Vizio notes, those are just two in a series of recently announced additions to the platform, which will also soon include MOG, OnLive, Namco Bandai, Skype and Vimeo, to name a few.
